Nicholas L. Faustini Architect PC (NLF) is a comprehensive architectural practice which provides architectural & engineering expertise on a variety of single-family, multi-family residential, commercial, institutional and municipal design/construction projects. Through familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures, NLF is capable of assisting clients with a variety of complex tasks, while exercising a wide degree of creativity & latitude. Prior to receiving an M.Arch I at Pratt Institute, Nicholas L. Faustini received both an MBA & BBA with concentrations in Finance and Information Decision Technology Management at Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. The integration of these disciplines have served NLF to design efficient, well thought-out and appropriately built, quality projects in demand. Through close coordination with clients, NLF projects seamlessly integrate the architectural ideology with the business/investment/financial aspect of a project, the component which incidentally translates one's vision to a reality, resulting in an end product which is not only innovative, but also pragmatic. Through close affiliations with multi-discipline firms in the NYC metro area, NLF Architect can offer a complete list of engineering services including, Structural, MEP, construction administration and expediting services.
